What are the different shipping methods

Our warehouse is located at Hanson Road Aintree L9 7BP and you have the option to pick up your order at our warehouse - with a 24h notice
Otherwise, thanks to the logistical support of our transport partners, we have been able to set up a fast, reliable and efficient delivery service: our delivery times are 2 to 5 working days after receipt of full payment if the product is in stock.
An express delivery service, same day delivery or next day delivery in mainland UK is possible with a variable price supplement depending on the total weight of the shipment.

It is advisable to contact us as soon as possible as soon as you have a problem with the delivery. A maximum period of 3 clear days from the day after delivery will be accepted, beyond that we no longer guarantee our general conditions of sale.

How to track the delivery

Do not hesitate to contact us at or on 01244579374. if our carrier has still not contacted you to organize the delivery of your order, 4 days after validation of your order on the site. Our sales advisers will keep you informed of the progress of your order.

In case of absence at the time of delivery

UPS: A calling card will be left in your mailbox indicating the procedure to follow for the collection of your order. UPS invites you to connect to its site offering you the option of a redelivery or the option of making the order available at a relay point near the requested delivery address, for 10 days from the date on which you received the calling card. After this period, the order will be returned to us.
Carrier: An appointment has been made beforehand by phone, sending an email or an SMS. If despite everything, you are absent, the carrier will contact you or a calling card will be left telling you the procedure to follow for the redelivery of your order. You then have 1 week to contact the agency again in order to reschedule the delivery. Without news from you at the end of this period, the agency informs us and we contact you to unblock the delivery. If we are unable to reach you, the order will automatically be returned to us and you will be charged the re-delivery costs.

What are the items to check upon delivery

When receiving your order, we strongly advise you to check the number of packages as well as the condition of the equipment, in the presence of the carrier.
In case of doubt about the condition of the product (heavily damaged cardboard) or if you notice that the equipment has been damaged, it is necessary to make a precise reservation and indicate it on the carrier's delivery slip, which will allow us to ask for compensation in case of damage. Do not hesitate to insist and still proceed with the usual checks and reservations even if the carrier is not cooperative. In the event of damage occurring during transport, unfortunately no complaint can be taken into account without specific and valid reservations issued on delivery and indicated on the delivery note. The mention "subject to unpacking" is not recognized as a precise and valid reservation in the event of a dispute.
If a package is missing during your delivery, we invite you to mention it on the delivery slip, specifying the description and the quantity of the product concerned. Our sales advisers will get back to you as soon as possible with the solution best suited to your needs.

How to change the delivery address

In order to guarantee you the best delivery times, Pro-Fold undertakes to process your orders within a maximum of 24 hours working days. Once the order is placed, it is automatically sent to our warehouse. We have the possibility of modifying the delivery address or the contact details if you contact us as soon as possible after the validation of the order, and before the dispatch of this one by contacting us by email or on 01244579374. After this period, the order cannot be modified.
