Customised printing solutions

We can offer you different printing solutions to personalise your folding gazebos and folding counters. You can colour match your gazebo and folding counter in the colours of your company, club, charitable or sports events, tade shows, fairs and markets.
The roof can be customised on either the banner (valance), or the complete roof (canopy + valance) and is available in sizes 3x3, 3x4.5, 3x6, 4x4 and 4x8m.
We recommend the printing of roofs and walls on 300gr PVC coated polyester, which is waterproof, UV treated and M2 fire rated, however we can offer the option of printing on the heavier gauge 520g PVC as well.
Side walls can be customised either on the inside or outside, or both.

Printing solutions for gazebos, booth stands and trade counters

Pro-Fold offers printed gazebos with any level of branded custom printing. We are happy to work with you to get the perfect printed gazebo, booth stand or trade counter. A single logo (large or small) printed onto the gazebo canopy, valance, sidewalls or trade counters skirting is an effective low-cost way of promoting your business and your brand. It will catch visitors ‘eyes. It is a very popular way to create a perfectly personalised po-up gazebo. Be sure to be seen and to stand out!
Pricing will depend on the size of the tent and the number of sidewalls, as well as if you want double sided printed walls or canopies - printing on the inside and outside so clients can see how you are form a distance and get more detailed information about what you do from close up.

Your printing project

Once you have decided on the gazebo model as well as the size and area (valance, canapy, walls) to be printed we need you to send us all graphics (eg. logos, texts or drawings) and your artwork
All the graphics need to be in a High Definition format, Ai fully vectorized. Photos must be at least 1 / 4th scale of actual size, with a minimum resolution of 300 Dpi, and in ".psd" (Adobe Photoshop), ".eps", ".jpg", "format. pdf ”.
It is important to state the specific colours of your logos with either CMYK or PANTONE references.
If your files contain text, please specify the font used or outline your text.
As files are often too large and large to be sent by email, we recommend that you send them by www.wetransfer.com.
Once we have received your full details we will provide you with a quotation. Please note that we do not offer a graphics service.
If you are happy with our quotation we will then carry out an OK to Print' which will give you an overview of the customisation.

Printing and delivery

Once the corrected proof has been agreed and confirmed then printing will begin. You should allow between 3 and 4 weeks from the go ahead to print and actually receiving the final printed product. In the case of the heavier 520gr PVC material the drying time is a little bit longer.
