Our pop-up gazebos and refreshment stands are not designed for permanent installation. They have only been designed for regular and occasional use and in no way are they intended to replace a permanent shelter (pergola, garage etc)
The installation of your folding gazebo must be done on a flat, non-floodable ground and away from high voltage power lines.
When installing you gazebo, the whole structure must be securely fixed to the ground either with leg weights (15, 20 or 30 kg), pegs and guy ropes. Indeed, each time you erect your folding gazebo, securely anchoring each leg is imperative. When installing on soft ground anchoring each leg is vital using tent pegs and ideally additional guy ropes for added stability. It is your responsibility to secure the gazebo adequately and to anticipate any damage to a third party or equipment.
Gazebos/ folding tents / marquees / refreshment stands must not be erected or used if severe weather is expected (strong winds, heavy rain or snow, thunderstorms - refer to the assembly instructions). These weather conditions must be taken into account and if severe the products MUST be dismantled.
During heavy rain or snow, water or snow can accumulate on the roof, which can cause your gazebo to collapse. It is important therefore to make sure that the tent is always well tensioned and, if necessary, to remove water or snow accumulated on the roof to avoid any damage.
It is not recommended to set up or take down your tent when the temperature drops below 0 ° C. This could cause cracks - especially on windows and tent walls.
Gazebos must be kept away (more than 3 metres) from a flame or heat source. Do not make a fire or barbecue under the gazebo/ folding tents / marquees. Flammable or chemical, unstable or explosive products must not be stored in our products.
It is imperative that the roof and the side walls fabric is completely dry before storage. Doing so extends the material's life and avoids any risk of mildew or mould.
Our warranty only covers damage caused during normal use of the gazebo or refreshment stand. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, nor damage and wear caused by mould, poor maintenance, improper use, unauthorised modifications as well as the use of the product in bad weather conditions as mentioned above. Consequently the gazebo owner takes full responsibility in the event of damage or possible breakage which may occur to the equipment or a third party.
