How to order

Pro-Fold is an online sales company, all orders are made directly on the website. You must first select the desired items, click on the "add to cart" button, and fill in the desired quantities.
You can then decide to "continue shopping" and add other items to your basket or "place the order" if you wish to finalize your order.
You will then be asked to enter your personal details (name, delivery and billing address if different, telephone number for making a delivery appointment and an email to send you confirmation of the successful handling of your order and your invoice). Do not forget to tick the box concerning our general conditions of sale.
You will then arrive on the page for payment by credit card

How to ask for a quote

In the case of a request for a quote, you click on ‘Request a quote' and proceed to your request by email, specifying the product (s) for which you wish to receive pricing information. Do not forget to fill in the field 'postal code', we indeed need this information for the calculation of transport costs, these are not included in the price of the products.
A Pro-Fold account manager will answer you by email or phone within 24 hours (working days). If you wish to validate this estimate, we will ask you to send it back signed and stamped to the following email address sales@pro-fold.co.uk so that the order can be registered with us.
After validation from you and once payment has been received (payment by bank transfer or check), the order will be prepared for delivery. A customer advisor will contact you upon receipt of payment to send you the invoice and inform you about the expected delivery times. For administrative payments, the order will be prepared upon receipt of the signed and stamped estimate (with official order number).

How to change an order

In order to guarantee you the best delivery times, Pro-Fold undertakes to process your orders within a maximum of 48 hours working days. Once the order is placed, it is automatically sent to our warehouse. We have the possibility of modifying or canceling the order if you contact us as soon as possible after the validation of the order and before the dispatch of this one by contacting us by email sales@pro-fold.co.uk or by phone at 01244 579374.
